All mask by Kanakig Studios carry a lifetime limited warranty as follows:
- I will repair any defects incurred by manufacturing or damage from shipping free of charge, all you have to do is send the mask back to me. I will be responsible for shipping costs after the repair work is done.
- I will provide minor repairs or refurbishment to masks that have been bought by the original customer free of charge. The repairs are restricted to masks that are over 2 years old and the damage or wear must be from regular use. If you have bought a second-hand Kanakig mask, please contact me to register your mask. The current owner of the mask, however, is responsible for all the shipping costs.
- Any damages incurred from abuse or accidents will be evaluated on a case by base basis.
I can provide refurbishment services to all masks made by Kanakig Studios. That means for example, you want a different eye color, hairstyle, or any additional features, you can send the mask back to me for refurbishment. I also provide repair for masks made by other manufacturers at a competitive price. Please contact me with specific details.
